Affordable 3D metal printers

We have been working diligently on producing the new generation of machines for the 3D printing revolution. Part of this process has involved extensive testing of our initial printers to see what it is capable of and developing key parameters for production of parts. In this process we decided to strengthen the structure to provide an extremely rigid platform to work with – this in turn has resulted in a huge leap in both accuracy and resolution.

As a result of improving resolution, vastly more complex parts are now able to be printed. We are currently running sample prints and the results of our efforts can be seen in the photos below.Since we last spoke we also have partnered with two of our local universities in Western Australia to help perform testing on the machines and parts produced.
