Polyjet Printing - With a large build area of 350 x 350 x 200mm and a build layer of 16 microns; 3D Prototyping offers greater accuracy and detailed prototypes.
With a broader range of materials available than any other 3D Printer in the world, we can now offer materials that are closer to ABS, Polypropylene, Poly Carbonate and rubber like materials which can be painted, drilled, machined together with being electro plated or vacuum metalised. For larger parts the materials are more than suitable for gluing together to form whatever sized prototype that you require.

SLA - Stereolithography process produces plastic parts directly from 3D CAD model; Stereolithography is an additive manufacturing process which employs a vat of liquid ultraviolet curable photopolymer ‘resin’ and an ultraviolet laser to build parts’ one at a time.  SLA process is highly accurate and is suitable for fine detailed parts.  Prototypes made by Stereolithography are strong enough to be machined and can be used as master patterns for injection moulding, thermoforming, blow moulding, and various metal casting processes.

Rapid CNC - functionality and structural testing of your prototypes - we can now produce your prototypes in a range of materials to match the material specifications of your fully manufactured part. Having your prototype CNC in a range of material can often work out cheaper than an SLA or 3D Printed prototype.  ABS, Acrylic, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, Nylon 6 and Nylon 66, Glass filled Nylon. 

3D PRINTING – powered based 3D printing most suited for architectural and medical modeling.  Printed models from this printing type is considered brittle and not manualable as is materials used is other forms of 3D Printing.

CARBON FIBRE – with incredible strength of carbon fibre comes from the long, continuous strands that carry load down the entire part. Image space shuttles, rockets, and Formula 1 cars – they are constructed from continuous strand carbon.  Prints like plastic, but stiffer than aluminium. Carbon Fibre CFF™ is perfect for fixtures, jigs, and parts that need the highest strength-to-weight ratio.  Can be used in real life prototype testing…With other materials falling within this range including Kevlar, Fibre Glass and Nylon, these print materials will give a different weight, texture and prototype use and abilities.
